What I am about to share with you is my personal method that I use to get my websites indexed into Google fast. Usually within a matter of days to less than one week. I don t even bother submitting my website to Google before using these methods, because by the time I do my routine I am usually already indexed into Google.
Of course everyone s website is different, and I can only share with you what has worked for me time after time again. I have had numerous websites indexed fast in a similar fashion for many years now.
Take what makes sense to you from this article, and I hope this is able to be of some help to cut down the time it takes Google to get your website indexed.
Now I want to be clear. You still want to submit your website URL to Google just to make sure that you have all of your bases covered. As I said before I usually save the manual submitting for last since if I were to wait for Google to visit my website on it s own anyway it would take a lot longer to get indexed. So I just save the manual submitting for my last task.
Sometimes getting indexed can take up to 6 months or more if you do nothing besides submitting your URL to them manually. Follow these methods and you have a great chance to be indexed fast into Google, Yahoo, BING, and others possibly within the same general time span of a few days to less than a week.
Although each search engine indexes at its own pace. Your wait time to be indexed in each will hopefully be no where near as long as when you don t use these methods.
Step Number One
You want to make sure your website is of good quality. By this I mean make sure the content it offers is of good quality, and all of it s content is 100 unique. Also make sure that there are no critical errors in your website s coding. This is very important for the simple fact that you can t expect Google to index you if your site is just an exact replica of another website, or the page won t load due to coding error. Unique content just increases your chances that this method will work for you like it works for me.
Step Number Two
You want to get your website signed up and verified for Google s Webmaster tools. Google offers some very beneficial tools that I can t see why some website owners don t use more often. Google s webmaster tools allow you to upload a SITEMAP, it downloads your ROBOT.TXT file, and also allows you to ask Google to test each of your individual pages for page load speed. These tools are just the beginning. It will be beneficial for you to have this step completed as these tools were created by Google to help webmasters run efficient websites.
Step Number Three
Now here is the trick. You are going to want to get your website plugged into as many Social Networking websites as fast possible. I DO NOT condone spamming them though. There is a proper way to get your website out there so that you allow your website to be noticed faster. The idea behind this whole method is you want Google to find you via links from other high quality and highly trusted Social Networking Sites.
So this step will involve you making a YouTube video. It doesn t have to be anything fancy. I usually just use a slide show maker like Windows Movie Maker(cost nothing for most Windows users now and days). You can find tutorials on the internet on how to use this particular software to create slide shows. I m sure if you search the internet there are great alternatives as well.
The most important part of this step is to make sure you add one to two ACTIVE links in the more info section of your YouTube video. The reason is simple. Google owns YouTube, and more importantly indexes its videos in its search results. If you have an active link here it is a great chance that Google will find your website solely based on these links alone.
